The World Seikido belt ranking system utilizes the tenets and patterns from the
International TaeKwonDo Federation (ITF) Not $100/month Only $65/monthForest Park PS - Activity Room
~ Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm ~ doors open 15 minutes early (6:15pm) ~ $65.00 per month (including HST) ~ discounts available ~ family rate for at least 2 people ~ low/fixed income (OW, ODSP, etc.) ~ ask about other discounts and specials |

At the end of each belt level, students participate in a grading/test to demonstrate the knowledge learned for that level. These gradings/tests include techniques from both TaeKwonDo and Aikido.

To join in, please wear comfortable fitness apparel and complete some basic paperwork. Remember to talk to your health care provider before starting a new physical activity.

In September 1991, at the age of 9, Elizabeth Windover joined, with her older brother, the Seikido School of Self Defense.
In March 1997 Elizabeth earned the rank of Black Belt and became an assistant instructor.
Later she achieved subsequent Black Belt levels: Second Dan 1999
