What's the difference between real fruit and fake fruit?
Well it's healthier of course ... right?

Yes, real fruit is healthier than fake fruit ... but what about the rest of the ingredients? Artificial flavour and colour, sugar, fat, empty calories?

Is your 'fruit smoothie' made with 'real fruit' actually as good as you think it is? Maybe not.

Candy-Kabobs are sweet and colourful.
So is fresh fruit.
Try this healthy treat. 
Rainbow Kabobs
 Makes 6 servings
6 strawberries
6 seedless green grapes
6 pieces of cantaloupe
6 pieces of pineapple
6 seedless red grapes
6 kabob sticks

Put the pieces of fresh fruit
onto the kabob sticks

in a rainbow pattern.
Enjoy!
